VERSANDKOSTEN UND LIEFERZEITEN

Wir versenden Dein Paket so schnell wie möglich. Eine Lieferung innerhalb Deutschlands mit unserem Versandpartnern dauert in der Regel 1–3 Werktage. Für alle Standard-Sendungen innerhalb Deutschlands berechnen wir 6,50 €. Die Versandkosten werden im Warenkorb und in der Bestellübersicht deutlich ausgewiesen. Abhängig von Bestellwert und Bestimmungsort können diese Kosten variieren. Alle anfallenden Zusatzkosten wie Steuer, Zölle etc. trägt der Kunde.

RETOUREN

Wir möchten, dass Du mit unseren Produkten glücklich bist. Sollte das einmal nicht der Fall sein, hast Du innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware die Möglichkeit das Paket an uns zurückzuschicken. Bitte achte darauf, dass sich die zurückgegebenen Artikel in einwandfreiem Zustand befinden.

Bitte sende Deine Retoure an die nachstehende Adresse. Für die Rücksendung kannst Du gerne das von uns verwendete Paket nutzen.

Leider können wir die Kosten für die Rücksendung nicht übernehmen.
Die Bearbeitung Deiner Retoure erfolgt so schnell wie möglich. Sobald wir den ausstehenden Betrag auf Dein Konto zurücküberwiesen haben bekommst Du eine Email. Du erhältst den Betrag auf dieselbe Weise, wie Du Deinen Einkauf bezahlt hast.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We will send your package as soon as possible. A delivery within Germany with our shipping partners usually takes 1–3 working days.
We charge € 6,50 for all standard shipments within Germany. The shipping costs are clearly shown in the shopping cart and in the order overview. These costs may vary depending on the order value and destination. The customer bears all additional costs such as taxes, customs duties, etc.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with our products. If that is not the case, you have the option of sending the package back to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please make sure that the returned items are in perfect condition.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs for the return.
Your return will be processed as quickly as possible. As soon as we have transferred the outstanding amount back to your account, you will receive an email. You will receive the amount in the same way that you paid for your purchase.
